Today's Ending Count

So, as of 9:34PM on the first day, I have my totals for the day:

Carbs(g)131.64 (7 servings) - (should have been under 120 g/6 servings)
Sugar(g) 36.59 (should have been under 15 grams)

I am pretty pleased. Yes it's over the limits, but considering I ate a massive amount of birthday cake as my breakfast, I did manage to control the rest of the day well.

I have my first check-in with my accountability coach at 11PM. I know I can do this!!
